New Year’s Eve Party at FIRE
Ring in the New Year in style in Dublin’s FIRE Restaurant & Lounge. We are now taking bookings for New Year’s Eve Party at FIRE. Join us for drinks and delicious food with live music to get yourself in spirit for the ultimate count down celebration.
New Years Party Dining Options
We are offering various dining options for you to choose from. A 3-course menu €32.50pp. is available from 3pm – 5.45pm. We also offer a 4-course menu from 5.45pm – 8pm which is €55pp. If you are looking to celebrate the countdown to 2020 with us, we offer a 4-course menu with entertainment including a glass of prosecco at midnight for €75pp. This offering is available from 8pm on the night. Menu dishes are yet to be confirmed for the night.
Celebratory Drinks
We have an extensive wine and cocktail menus that will have something to suit any palette. Our cocktails menu is carefully put assembled by our mixologists. We would recommend the Victorian Secret cocktail to celebrate New Year’s Eve 2019. This divine drink is a mixture of passion fruit liqueur, mango puree and a hint of vodka, shaken with egg white.

Our menus will feature delicious offerings this New Year’s Eve. At FIRE we believe in using the freshest ingredients that are in-season. At FIRE Restaurant and Lounge, we value the importance of having a relationship with our producers. Our Executive Chef, Richie Wilson, and Head Chef, Ciaran Furlong, thoroughly assemble our menus with pride to ensure high-quality meals for our guests.
