Pancake Tuesday at FIRE

We were delighted to have the Lord Mayor of Dublin, Brendan Carr, in FIRE on Pancake Tuesday!

The heat was on as the first citizen and our Executive Chef Richie Wilson battled it out to see who the better pancake flipper was! We think Richie knocked it out of the park (even with one hand behind his back!) though the Lord Mayor definitely held his own!

Serious craic was had by all!
