FIRE’s beautiful champagne terrace restaurant in Dublin encapsulates the grandeur and elegance of the dining experience of FIRE Steakhouse & Bar.
Escape into our iconic Dawson St restaurant and terrace which has been transformed as we celebrate our new partnership with the exquisite champagne Laurent-Perrier, synonymous with luxury and opulence.

The champagne terrace at FIRE is ideal for our guests looking to relax and unwind in the sun with a glass of bubbles and watch the world go by.

FIRE Steakhouse is the perfect champagne restaurant for date night, girls’ night, to celebrate special occasions, pre-theatre or weekend lunch dining experience.

The terrace is covered by a retractable roof and has been transformed with floral arrangements, heaters and cosy Laurent-Perrier blankets, making it perfect for dining throughout the year.

Located on FIRE’s first floor the terrace overlooks the Lord Mayor’s Garden with its stunning Victorian fountain and views of Dawson St.

FIRE’s Champagne Elevation Menu

FIRE’s Culinary Director Richie Wilson has curated a Champagne Elevation Menu for those looking for the full Laurent-Perrier experience at our steakhouse in Dublin.
This new and unique experience at FIRE can be added to any of our current menus, including A La Carte, Weekend Lunch, Early Bird or Table d’Hôte.

The Champagne Elevation Menu at FIRE includes;

An amuse-bouche of DK Connemara Oysters with pear & raspberry salsa and Burren Balsamics citrus pearls.
Pair this with the Laurent-Perrier Brut Vintage 2015.

Sparkling Raspberry Sorbet with nasturtium flowers, raspberry rings and powder and champagne topping.
Pair this with the Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée NV.

FIRE’s strawberries and champagne, topped with vanilla clotted cream, brandy snap tuille and champagne sabayon.
Pair this with the Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé NV.

FIRE’s Champagne Elevation Menu is €25 per person and the champagne pairing with each course is €75 per person. This menu is available in addition to FIRE’s current menus, A la Carte, Weekend Lunch, Early Bird and Table d’Hôte.

Monday – Friday 5pm – late

Saturday – Sunday 1pm – late



The Terrace at FIRE is also available for private dining events throughout the week. Available to book exclusively for special occasions and business events.

This space is located off the main restaurant at FIRE and provides an exclusive ambience for up to 56 guests.

For larger events, you can add our private dining rooms for a maximum of 84 guests.
