Are you up to the Challenge?

Join us for a night of delicious food, where you will experience complex tastes, flavours and textures in a completely new and innovative way. Senses are heightened, altering taste, touch, smell and communication during the meal. You will enjoy a drinks reception followed by a 3-course meal paired with wine, while blindfolded! Tickets are €65pp, with €10 from every meal being donated to NCBI.

Supporting the NCBI

This unique dining event raises much-needed funds for the NCBI, a charity that provides a variety of support and services for those who are suffering from sight loss in Ireland. NCBI is Ireland’s National Sight Loss Agency. Their services include emotional support and counselling, low vision solutions like magnifiers, assistive technology advice and training, rehabilitation training, a large print, audio and Braille library. The organisation also has an online shop with lots of practical solutions. The NCBI campaigns for positive and lasting change for the benefit of people with sight loss. They seek to change legislation, policy, attitudes, inequality, injustice and give effect to people’s rights.

Now in its fourth year, Dine in the Dark challenges people across Ireland to dine blindfolded to raise awareness and vital funds for life-transforming sight loss services in Ireland.

Tickets are now available for purchase at €65.00 per person, €10.00 of which is donated to NCBI Ireland.
