Enjoy pre or post-dinner drinks with our fabulous cocktail menu, which has been carefully assembled by our wonderful beverage team to give all guests the most wonderful cocktails in Dublin city centre.
Our Strawberry Fields cocktail is the ultimate celebratory drink; a mixture of Hennessy VS, Grand Marnier, Veuve Clicquot Brut Champagne.
Dirty Old Town is an interesting cocktail with DWD Irish whiskey, sweet vermouth, cherry, fernet Branca and olive juice.
As well as a full cocktail menu we have an extensive range of spirits, beers and wines in our bar for you to try. We proudly boast our very own Irish Craft lager, FIRE 1864. It has a light malt base, biscuit flavours and hints of pear and lemon from the hops, the perfect pint to enjoy while celebrating!
Group Set Menu
We have large, round tables that are perfect for groups dining in FIRE’s restaurant. Our Group Set Menu is the perfect option for groups of 6 or more, with 3-courses for €54.50 pp. This superb menu includes FIRE signature dishes such as Wood-Fired Tiger Prawns and Spiced Lamb Skewers. Main courses include our award-winning 35 Day Dry Aged Rib Eye and Monkfish with risotto arancini, available daily.
Early Bird
Fancy a wonderful early dining option after your Graduation? Our Early Bird menu it’s the perfect early dining option for a graduation celebration Dublin city centre. Dishes include 8oz Hereford Prime Irish Sirloin steak and Vegetarian Fettuccini. 2-courses for €29.50pp.

A La Carte
FIRE’s extensive A La Carte menu features all of the FIRE favourites along with some new dishes. As starters, we now serve David Keane’s Connemara Rock Oysters, freshly brought in from Co. Galway. We have grown our selection of Irish Hereford Prime Steak on this menu, giving our guests a greater choice of the finest beef cuts. Available daily at FIRE.
Private Dining
If you’re looking for a more exclusive setting for your graduation celebrations, our stunning first-floor private dining rooms are a great choice. Our private dining area features a private bar, floor to ceiling windows and a private terrace overlooking the Lord Mayor’s Garden. Individually, the private dining suites can be used for groups up to 14 guests or in its entirety can accommodate up to 52 guests dining or 75 for a canapé reception.
