Our June Cocktail of the Moment, ‘Straw Merriment’, is the Cocktail creation of our Mixologist, Fionn Cruise.

Gin infused with Rosemary and Mint, Strawberry Liqueur, Cherry Liqueur, Homemade Strawberry Syrup, Lemon Juice. Garnished with torched Rosemary Sprig and Mint leaves!
