International Women’s Day: Laura Murphy

Why Laura was nominated:

Laura is the most selfless person I know. She has 2 children with very exceptional needs. They are 4.5 and 2.5 and both have a rare form of dwarfism. They have additional medical needs and are sick often. Last year they spent over a quarter of the year in temple st, all the while with Laura by their sides. She is their everything and never complains about the toll the worry and stress takes on her. She is a legend every day and does it with a smile on her face.

 

How Laura Feels:

I’m a mum of two kids with additional needs who does’t get out very often. I’m delighted to be nominated and look forward to visit Fire
