We have sourced the freshest of Trout from Co. Kilkenny to serve as our ‘Catch of the Day’ this Good Friday at FIRE. A traditionally fish eating day, why not gather with friends this Good Friday and start off your Easter long weekend in style at Dublin’s most prestigious address!

Don’t forget you can now enjoy a glass of crisp white wine or bubbles with your meal for the first time in Ireland in 91 years! We recommend you pair this dish with our Tiki Estate, Sauvignon Blanc. The ripe, full flavours and tight structure of this wine complement the trout perfectly.  This wine has a wide spectrum of flavours from ripe tropical fruit through gooseberry, which is supported by a refreshing acidity and perfectly balanced residual sugar.
