Enjoy pre or post-dinner drinks with our fabulous cocktail menu, which has been carefully assembled by our wonderful beverage team to give all guests the most wonderful cocktails in Dublin city centre.

As well as a full cocktail menu we have an extensive range of spirits, beers and wines in our bar for you to try. We proudly boast our very own Irish Craft lager, FIRE 1864. It has a light malt base, biscuit flavours and hints of pear and lemon from the hops, the perfect pint to enjoy while celebrating!

Table d'Hote Set Menu

We have large, round tables that are perfect for groups dining in FIRE's restaurant. Our Table D'Hote menu is the perfect option for groups of 6 or more. This superb menu includes FIRE signature dishes such as Wood-Fired Tiger Prawns and Spiced Lamb Skewers. Main courses include our award-winning 35 Day Dry Aged Rib Eye and Seared Scallops served with fennel & apple pink fir potatoes, dressed with razor clam, chowder sauce available daily.

Early Bird

Fancy a wonderful early dining option after your Graduation? Our Early Bird Menu is the perfect early dining option for a graduation celebration Dublin city centre. Dishes include 8oz Irish Sirloin Steak and Vegetarian Beetroot Gnocchi.

À La Carte

FIRE’s extensive À La Carte menu features all of the FIRE favourites along with some new dishes. As starters, we now serve David Keane’s Connemara Rock Oysters, freshly brought in from Co. Galway. We serve Peter Hannan's Dry Aged Irish Beef and Irish Hereford Prime Steak, giving our guests a greater choice of thefinest of Irish beef cuts. Available daily at FIRE.

Private Dining

If you’re looking for a more exclusive setting for your graduation celebrations, our stunning first-floor private dining rooms are a great choice. Our private dining area features a private bar, floor-to-ceiling windows and a private terrace overlooking the Lord Mayor's Garden. Individually, the private dining suites can be used for groups of up to 14 guests or in its entirety can accommodate up to 52 guests dining.
