Thank You Dublin Lunch

To mark 20 years in business, a special “Thank You Dublin” lunch was held on Monday 29th September 2025 in FIRE Steakhouse & Bar. A heartfelt tribute to individuals and organisations whose dedication continues to enrich the city’s civic and cultural life. Honourees from groups such as Dublin Bus, Dublin City Council, Irish Coast Guard, Children’s Health Ireland, and Family Carers Ireland, among others, were recognised in an afternoon featuring live entertainment from The Blue Belles, Ireland's Premier Vintage Vocal Trio and a performance by acclaimed local poet Stephen James Smith.

During the afternoon, attendees were deeply moved by Stephen James Smith’s performance of "From Fire to Future", a poem commissioned as part of Thank You Dublin. With words like “From spark to flame, from fire to future. We break bread, we feed each other.” and “This city needs you. This city sees you.” Smith captured the essence of transformation and gratitude that defined the day and resonated deeply with the audience. Each honouree took home a keepsake of the poem was to mark the special occasion.
