The Glass Room suite is the perfect space for larger private dining events in FIRE. Located on the first floor of the building with panoramic views of the Lord Mayor’s garden and Dawson Street, this space has everything to offer to ensure you and your guests have a fantastic Fire experience.

The Glass room can cater for up to 84 guests comfortably. The space combines, our private bar, drinks reception area, Trinity & Stephens suites and the Terrace suite. With a dedicated service team from the start of your evening, you have the option for a cocktail or champagne reception upon arrival with a dedicated bar and drinks reception space.
Our dining areas provide a dynamic mix of indoor and terrace seating, which is a heated, weather-proof terrace for all seasons. The space has sliding doors which connect each area together to ensure it is assessable to all guests. For those moments that need to be heard the space has surround sound and an in-house microphone for any special announcements.

The most important part of your private dining event is the food. In FIRE we pride ourselves on creating menus that focus on utilising fresh in-season produce to create dishes, bursting with a multitude of flavours.
Our Private dining menus that start from €90 per person offer variety, high quality produce and some of Fire's signature dishes. Our menus are designed to elevate your experience, for those looking for choice and simplicity our FIRE Experience is recommended, for meat lovers we offer our Beef Experience; and for non formal events we have our Group Experience menu with sharing starter platters, individual main courses and sharing desserts.
All menus can be paired with wines from our extensive wine list or if you are looking for that special touch our in-house Sommelier can carefully choose the best wines to enhance each menu.
