To mark 20 years in business, a special “Thank You Dublin” lunch was held on Monday 29th September 2025 in FIRE Steakhouse & Bar. A heartfelt tribute to individuals and organisations whose dedication continues to enrich the city’s civic and cultural life. Honourees from groups such as Dublin Bus, Dublin City Council, Irish Coast Guard, Children’s Health Ireland, and Family Carers Ireland, among others, were recognised at this lunch.
During the afternoon, attendees were deeply moved by Stephen James Smith’s performance of "From Fire to Future", a poem commissioned as part of Thank You Dublin. Each honouree took home a keepsake of the poem was to mark the special occasion.
We are firmly committed to supporting sustainable local Irish produce, serving only the finest selection of award-winning meats and fresh ingredients that Ireland has to offer.
