FIRE Steakhouse & Bar restaurant is a multi award-winning venue located in the heart of Dublin city centre, in the popular Dawson Street and St Stephens Green vicinity.

FIRE’s dining room was originally built in 1864 as the Lord Mayor’s ‘Supper Room and features incredible vaulted ceilings, stained glass windows and a beautiful terrace overlooking the Lord Mayor’s Garden. Today it is the most historical and impressive dining room in Dublin.

We pride ourselves on creating menus that focus on utilising fresh in-season produce to create dishes, bursting with a multitude of flavours. We are firmly committed to supporting sustainable local Irish produce and only serve the finest selection of award-winning meats and produce that Ireland offers.

Culinary Director Richie Wilson carefully assembles our food with pride; With over 20 years of experience, Richie Wilson brings to FIRE dedication to Irish produce and artisan producers to create his own ideas of what modern Irish food should be.

Our signature dishes of wood-fired tiger prawns, and our succulent Irish Hereford Prime Steaks come highly recommended.

FIRE Steakhouse & Bar proudly marks our 20th anniversary this year, solidifying our place as integral parts of the city’s vibrant cultural and culinary landscape since opening their doors in 2005.

Over the past two decades, FIRE has welcomed guests from near and far from Dubliners marking personal milestones to world leaders, artists like Bono, and sporting legend Rory McIlroy. These occasions have cemented their reputation as venues where the city’s stories are celebrated and where international figures feel at home in Dublin.
