We’re in the heart of Dublin 2 on Dawson Street, five minutes from Trinity and an easy trip from UCD, DCU, TUD – with Dublin’s most historic dining room, an award-winning bar, and views over the Lord Mayor’s Garden that make for a proper backdrop to the day. Table d'Hote Set Menu - Built for the Whole Group

Graduation day rarely means a table for two. Our round tables are made for groups, and our Table d'Hôte menu - available daily for parties of 6 or more. Everyone gets FIRE favourites like Wood-Fired Tiger Prawns and Spiced Lamb Skewers to start, then a choice of mains including our award-winning 35 Day Dry Aged Rib Eye or Seared Scallops with fennel, apple and razor clam chowder. Early Bird - For an Earlier Celebration

Fancy a wonderful early dining option after your Graduation? Our Early Bird Menu is the perfect early dining option for a graduation celebration Dublin city centre. Dishes include 8oz Irish Sirloin Steak and Vegetarian options.

À La Carte Menu

FIRE’s extensive À La Carte menu features all of the FIRE favourites along with some new dishes. As starters, we now serve David Keane’s Connemara Rock Oysters, freshly brought in from Co. Galway. We serve Peter Hannan's Dry Aged Irish Beef and Irish Hereford Prime Steak, giving our guests a greater choice of the finest of Irish beef cuts. Available daily at FIRE.

Private Dining

If you’re looking for a more exclusive setting for your graduation celebrations, our stunning first-floor private dining rooms are a great choice. Our private dining area features a private bar, floor-to-ceiling windows and a private terrace overlooking the Lord Mayor's Garden. Individually, the private dining suites can be used for groups of up to 14 guests or in its entirety can accommodate up to 52 guests dining.
