As part of our 15th birthday celebrations, we have launched a new Sunday Lunch menu! Our team have created a fantastic menu that features some FIRE favourites as well as brand new dishes.
Some of the favourites of the Sunday Lunch menu include Roast Hereford Prime Sirloin, FIRE’s Fish Cakes and Chicken Caesar Salad.

Our large, round tables are perfect for the whole family to relax for a Sunday afternoon of listening to the sultry tunes of jazz and indulging in some truly magnificent food.
New Sunday Lunch Dishes
If you’re looking for a seafood dish that is filling, Brill is the perfect option for you. This meaty fish is freshly caught from Irish shores. We serve this chargrilled whole Brill with sun-blush tomato & thyme brown butter and baby spinach.
We have a fabulous new vegetarian starter to this menu. Ardsallagh Goats Cheese mousse served with pickled beets, candied pecans and black olive powder. We are very proud to work with Ardsallagh, a family-run Irish business who make high quality, handmade, artisan goats cheese.
Our Slow-Cooked Pork Neck is a perfect main course to tuck into. The pork is slow-cooked in fat and then is chargrilled before serving. The result is super tender meat. We serve this with crisp shallot mash, squash puree and cinnamon jus.

Why not try our Victoria 2.0? This is a combination of Vanilla vodka, apricot liquor, passion fruit, peach bitters and prosecco. The perfect cocktail to sip as you enjoy your relaxed Sunday at FIRE.
We also provide an extensive range of wines, beers and spirits. We are very proud to serve our very own craft beer, FIRE 1864, made exclusively for FIRE from St. Mel’s Brewing Company, Co. Meath. We have recently extended our wine list, our staff will be more than happy to advise a wine for you on our list.
