Nettle, garlic and potato soup. Sorrel, rocket and chive cress crouton

Tuna Tartare

Citrus-dressed, soy cucumber, shallot, caper

Sprouting Bean Salad

Mixed beans, pomegranate seeds, pine nuts, micro cress, spiced Russian dressing

Miso Salmon

Miso glazed, torched baby gem, rice noodles. Citrus soy, sesame crisp

Sea Bass Fillet

Sumac spiced, roast baby potatoes, chargrilled asparagus. Orange beurre blanc, salmon keta

Irish Chicken Supreme

Roast chicken, summer vegetable nage. Watercress mash parmesan tuille

FIRE’s Beef Sharing Board (for 2 people sharing)

420g bone-in rib eye, 14 day dry aged 6oz fillet, 36 hour braised beef short rib. Served with Greek salad, ratte potatoes, Pepper, Dijon and Bearnaise sauces
